Growing up in the DC I would read Robin's review in the Post and it the reason I got into the industry. What an inspiration!

Absolutely thumbs up for Man Repeller, but I still expect to see more diversity there, as in Into the Gloss/Glossier, for ex. Man Repeller, while an amazing hub for smartass fashion and current affairs, still resonates to a very specific demographics. And, no, I'm not talking about demographics = women/millennials, etc. I'm talking about inclusivity, diversity. Anyways, love it and read it constantly. :)
The plural of woman is woMEN FYI narrator.

You're pronouncing the plural 'women' incorrectly. It's not said in the same way as the singular 'woman'. 'Aesthetics' is also pronounced incorrectly. There is not a strong 'a'. 'Pulitzer' is also incorrect. The 'u' should sound like 'pulley'. Look up phonetic pronunciation before reading out words you are not familiar with. It is unprofessional.

mizzmolly guts... ? You need a life... guts is walking away and keep an objective. Blog is already posted... English seems to be her second language... cool video

Grace Bayash - We're not talking about you. This has nothing to do with you. We're talking about the woman who narrates and wrote this documentary. As I said, she studied journalism, calls herself a professional journalist and it appears that English is her native tongue, or at least she's fluent in English enough to speak it very well. The problem is that no one had the guts to correct her while she was putting together the documentary. If something is incorrect, then you fix it. And I'll say no more about this topic.

mizzmolly she said young ! And nouns and pronouns can be hard for ppl like myself included when you don’t usually speak English and have to transfer from native language. You’re so negative and she didn’t ask you here to proof read her docu or correct her grammar. And yes grammar and what verbs or nouns/pronouns matter with language. Singular or plural. You go write and speak in her native tongue and make sure you place these correctly.

Grace Baysah - Her English grammar has absolutely nothing to do with what language she speaks. And if you knew anything about accents, you'd know that more than likely she's English. In addition, she's a fashion journalist - that's JOURNALIST - which means she should know how to properly pronounce the word women, especially when she's putting together a documentary. And E is absolutely right. It's not only unprofessional, but it makes her sound extremely ignorant. There are thousands of people who post videos on YouTube and don't know the first thing about journalism, including you my dear. So stay in your lane and take some advice from a professional. And don't try to insult someone when you obviously don't know a darn thing you're talking about. You just come off not looking too bright.

mizzmolly don’t care. You obviously don’t speak multiple languages...

I don't agree with the female-designer issue. Everybody lived for Phoebe Philo's aesthetic and not only respected it but actually gained back to the sky the prestige of Céline and the fashion trends she introduced, but on the other hand Maria Grazia Chiuri has presented on the catwalk nothing but shitty pseudo feminist zara alike clothes that immediately brings back the Galliano era at Dior. It's all about talent and how you deliver your propose or your statement, those "poor women" who can't handle the hard-pressed of the industry: FASHION HAS NOT EMPATY NOR SYMPHATY.

Valentino is still rocking awesome. Clearly she had nothing to do with the previous success of the brand.

I agree about Chiuri's designs for Dior, for sure. What happened? I loved her Valentino dresses!
