Boost Your Leadership with These Six Principles

04:49
Please watch: "Is this God Speaking to Me or Are These Just My Own Thoughts or is this the Devil?" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wLNTWApmV1k --~-- Boost Your Leadership with These Six Principles QUESTION: What are the qualities that separate leaders from great leaders? Today I want to show you how to maximize your leadership potential. Many of us find ourselves in leadership positions even if we don’t want to be, whether it may be at work, our own business, at church or at home. I’ve been blessed to be around some amazing leaders. And so today I want to point out 6 qualities from the life of Jesus that every great leader I know possesses and the first is… 1. Leaders possess…PASSION a. Jesus was passionate about what He was leading. One time He even went into the temple and flipped over all of the tables (Mt. 21:12) b. A great leader exhibits passion. One of the reasons why the morale on certain teams is low is because the morale of the leader is low. c. If you want to maximize your leadership potential be sure you are passionate about what you’re leading and that you communicate that passion to your team. 2. Leaders win with…PEOPLE a. Every great leader knows how to win with people. b. Communication i. Clear – People on your team should not have to ask you questions about things that should have been communicated to them. ii. Consistent – For a leader there is no such thing as too much communication. People would rather hear from you too much than not at all. Over-communication is a leader’s best friend. iii. Compelling – Does it call people to action? iv. Charismatic – “Spoke as one having authority” There was something about the way Jesus spoke that crowds gathered around Him. Great leaders are often great speakers. c. Motivation – This involves getting the best out of people and making them feel important to where they want to do what they can to help you. d. Delegation – A leader understands the principle of multiplication and making others feel empowered to carry out your vision. 3. Leaders see…POSSIBILITIES a. In other words great leaders aren’t afraid to take risks to do what’s never been done before. b. Jesus was attempting to do something that had never been done in the history of time which was to unite Jews and Gentiles together. That was a risk… c. But in order to be a risk taker you must first overcome your fear of failure. 4. Leaders solve…PROBLEMS a. Every great leader is able to not only solve problems but they have the discernment to foresee and plan for them before they come. b. Jesus foresaw the problem of sin and executed a plan to solve it by dying on the cross for our sins. 5. Leaders exhibit…PERSEVERANCE a. Jesus was on a mission to fulfill His divine purpose of dying on the cross. He didn’t allow opposition to deter him from his mission. b. Anything you attempt to do for God or just in general you will encounter opposition. Great leaders may get discouraged but not deterred. 6. Leaders demonstrate…PROGRESS – Lk. 2:52 – The Bible says even Jesus grew in wisdom… a. A great leader recognizes that they must always be progressing to stay ahead of the people they lead. This means that a leader is always a reader and a leader is always a learner. b. See 1 Tim. 4:12 So I pray that you would use this as a checklist to grade your leadership as you strive to maximize your leadership capacity. Leadership Lessons from Gen. James Mattis (Ret.)

16:37
General James Mattis (Ret.) served in the United States Marine Corps from 1969 to 2013. During this time he was the 11th Commander of United States Central Command. We sat down with him and asked him your questions. 0:08 - What is the toughest decision you had to make while in the Marine Corps and did you ever regret your decision? 2:25 — How did you stay motivated throughout your Marine Corps career? 3:27 — How do you keep improving as a leader to meet the demand of each role in your career? 5:53 — There was a cold night in Afghanistan when you were walking the perimeter by yourself, greeting a bunch of young Marines. What were you thinking about? 7:16 — What is the one leadership lesson that you learned as a General grade officer that you wish you had known your whole career? 10:18 — What leadership books do you recommend? 11:55 — What did you look for in your NCO's and how should the relationship between an NCO and an officer compliment each other? 13:58 — What in your opinion is the most important leadership trait and why? 15:33 — What is the kill-casualty radius of the knife-hand? Lessons in Military Leadership - Part 1

16:57
Recommended Reading List - https://warriorpoetsociety.us/reading-list/ Lessons in Military Leadership - This video covers the phases of taking a new private and developing them into a fully trained member of a team. I wish I had known then, what I know now. What I thought about military leadership came largely from simply replicating what I saw leaders around me doing (for better or for worse, and usually for worse), or what we had all seen in movies. In reality, leading soldiers should be a far more deliberate process that is predictable and can be really made successful by including some very surprising and rarely mentioned secrets. Tear them down, build them up, and then welcome them to the brotherhood. These lessons were gained during my time serving at 2nd Ranger Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment. LDS General Conference & Illuminated Freemasonry & Church Leadership

02:08:11
The April 2017 Annual General Conference Report of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, or the 187th annual General Conference of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. In this video presentation expect to have your entire world view and understanding of the Church Illuminated to the point of understanding more about the Church and these united states of America than you have gained in the combined total of all General Conferences of the Church to date in your life. UPGRADED VERSION here Book of Mormon Warnings of Secret Combinations, illuminated Freemasonry the CFR & Donald Trump Today https://youtu.be/bOUk-8VeilM....   2 day https://youtu.be/mhiqS2_yd2Q 3. https://youtu.be/Onb5gnVkX Now please, before you judge this bold statement as arrogant please allow me to qualify it by saying that it is not to be construed in the theme of ordinary gospel principles being expounded upon by the Brethren and selected Sisters addressing us in the Conference. But rather I intend to unveil The Hidden Hand that has been guiding the Church and the Nations of the world, to an extent that few are aware of, including those who have studied those things which are mentioned in The Book of Mormon in Ether Chapter 8 , and reiterated and expounded upon by such Church leaders as J Reuben Clark and Ezra Taft Benson, in regards to the Destiny and role of the Church in to the divinely inspired Principal and Exercise of Freedom by the people of America and the Entire World. For starters. Have you ever wondered why it is called General Conference? Or you hear of the General Conference Report? Did God reveal General Conference as an inspired leadership principle for the Church to Joseph Smith? Every year, or every 6 months actually in the semi annual General Conferences the Latter Day Saints come to meet with the General Authorities of the Church, In what perhaps appears to many faithful Latter Day Saints as the Earthly performance of thei Eternal principle known to many simply as, "Return and Report". In this conference the 187th Annual General Conference of the Church, we truly see that the Lord is Expanding the Saints Understanding, for the veil ore the Earth is Beginning to Burst. Or perhaps the Veil over the Church is beginning to burst. The talks, as well as the content and tone of the broadcast, including the World Report , as the broadcast of filler material during the intermission between conference sessions is labelled, Indeed appears to be showing a Coordinated Change Direction. Or should I more accurately say Direction of Change, In the Lord's Program for his Chosen People in the Latter Days, When Contrasted with the focus and Doctrines of years gone bye. Another Testament of Continuing Revelation guiding the Church no Doubt, the is knee-jerk response of the faithful to corral the steady flow of change in the Church, to the Eternal Principle that all of God'sTtruths are encompassed into one great whole, In a plan that we just need to exercise faith in , will all make sense In the Lord's time as his course is one Eternal round and no man comprehend of his doings save only Thomas S Monson Henry B Eyring Dieter F Uchtdorf and and perhaps to a slightly lesser extent the 12 . However in this video you will learn Beyond Shadow of Doubt documented evidence the things are much different than you imagined them to be as pertaining to the way things in the church and in these United States are actually governed and orchestrated Lest you suspect that I exaggerate, let me just state the age-old truisms that numbers don't lie and seeing is believing. You will see proof of an invisible guiding hand or government and of secret alliances that have been hiding almost right under your nose in plain sight. The length of this video is about equal to one session of General Conference , in which time as was indicated you will learn more than you have ever in any conference You will not be asking your self the question Well what is it we can take away from this particular inspiring session to remember in our daily life. Take a deep breath and hit the play button and remember if you don't have the time in one block you can find it a little slow with some personal story details of the unveiling has occurred to your video creator over a lifetime and I assure you the details the Order of Things will be most intriguing and stunning.
