This is an extremely lucrative business model, that involves reselling branded products for a profit on Amazon. E-commerce millionaires, Dan and Eric, have used this model to make over $16 million dollars alone on Amazon. The best part? They were able to do all of this: WITHOUT paid ads WITHOUT creating a product WITHOUT dealing with customer service WITHOUT a website or email list To do this, they use a simple 3-step system called “Reverse Wholesale”. Here’s how it works: STEP 1: LOCATE HIGH-PROFIT, HIGH POTENTIAL BRANDED PRODUCTS ON AMAZON This step involves looking for branded products on Amazon that have a HUGE buyer demand, but very bad listings. In essence, your aim is to “refurbish” a product that is ALREADY proven to sell well. By refurbish, we mean improving its images, product title, product description and also features and benefits. When a product that everyone is buying has a poor listing, you now have the opportunity to improve this listing - and make even MORE sales. STEP 2: CREATE A WHOLESALE ACCOUNT The next step is to ask to open a Wholesale Account with the manufacturer of the product you have identified. You do this to gain access to their Wholesale distributor so that you can buy the product at discounted rates and sell them for a profit. However, there is a slight catch: Manufacturers don’t just accept anybody. That’s why you use Dan’s secret method. Instead of trying to lie your way through to opening an account, you take a different approach. You NEGOTIATE. You say, “Hey, I’ll come in, edit your listing and MASSIVELY increase your sales. In exchange, we’ll make a contract, we’ll make a deal. My business, my company, gets the right to buy these products direct from your manufacturer, at wholesale, discounted rates. I will then send these items into Amazon for you, and I will “manage” your listing and grow your sales.” This is a deal that’s hard to turn down. At the end of the day, it is a win-win situation. For you: You get DIRECT access to the manufacturers instead of having to go through the distributor. This means that you can buy items from them in bulk at a MASSIVE discount, allowing you to make more profits on the items you sell! For them: More money! Considering this is a long-term deal, you’re going to make them A LOT more money since you’ll be regularly buying their items in bulk. (Who wouldn’t want that?!) STEP 3: OPTIMIZE THE LISTING, PURCHASE THE PRODUCTS AND MAKE MONEY! The final step involves editing their listing to make it even better. Adding better photos. Adding a great title. Adding a great description - and greatly increasing the conversions and sales. You then buy the product you want to sell at wholesale, discounted rates, then ship them into one of Amazon’s FBA warehouses. Amazon’s FBA warehouses are incredible. They store these items for you. When a customer purchases your item, Amazon will pick, pack and ship this item off to your customer - without you having to even lift a finger. This means you don’t have to do ANY of the heavy lifting. At this point it’s basically a passive source of income. All you have to do is order new products when inventory gets low. It’s upfront work for long-term rewards!

They did it by leveraging Amazon’s INSANE traffic and by focusing on an in demand niche… supplements. Don’t you think they have a formula now? They now have the ability to replicate this brand building process over and over again. A huge aspect of that process is traffic, the same Amazon traffic strategies I teach you day in and day out. Zhou is not some kind of anomaly… they implemented the Amazon formula that I’m constantly teaching about, and it worked. I have a piece of that formula below for you. She took his money and did very little of what she promised him she would. That’s when he decided to approach as if someone hired him to create and promote his book. That mindset shift allowed him to come up with a marketing plan as he created the book. GREGORY’S MARKETING STRATEGY FOR BRAND IDENTITY BREAKTHROUGH When Gregory Published Brand Identity Breakthrough he was an unknown author. The first thing he did to market the book was recruit a team of beta readers. He realized he needed beta readers because he has a unique writing style that readers either love or hate, and he didn’t want any bad reviews as a new author to negatively impact his success. He built his team by going to people he already knew and by recruiting from business forums. He gave his beta readers credit in his book as well as sharing with them the process he went through to create and publish the book His beta readers really helped him clarify and organize his message so that it would be better understood by his target audience. “A finished book is more than the ingredients that go into it, it’s the way things are arranged as well.” — Gregory Diehl Gregory got the book to #1 in Amazon’s Public Relations category by putting it on preorder on Amazon and pricing it at 99 cents. He used his beta readers as his street team and got them to order and review the book. Then he sent a link to his preorder page to any blogger or podcaster who might like the book. Being ranked #1 in Public Relations on Amazon on the day of launch really helped the book find a bigger audience. THINGS TO CONSIDER WHEN DESIGNING A BOOK COVER 1. Who is your target audience? What are they looking for? People interested in business and nonfiction how- to books are going to expect a very different type of cover than say a romance or sciencn fiction reader. 2. What images might provoke a reader to click on a book cover when browsing amazon? HOW TO SPLIT TEST YOUR BOOK COVER Over the last 10 months Gregory has done a lot of tweaking to make sure his book packaging was optimized for sales. When he first published Brand Identity Breakthrough Gregory went with the cover provided by the woman he spent $5,000 on. The cover wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great either. After two months selling on Amazon he paid a team of graphic designers to come up with 6 different color schemes for the cover. And he manually uploaded a different cover every week. He left everything else the same and found that the red book cover he designed far outperformed his other options. THINGS TO REMEMBER WHEN SPLIT TESTING FOR SALES CONVERSION 1. Start with a good product. Gregory did everything he could to be sure he was releasing a good product on the market. He recruited beta readers, clarified his message, and reorganized his material so that it made sense. Producing a quality product is the most important thing you can do as an author. A good product is your best marketing tool. 2. Establish a baseline. Gregory waited two months after his book went on sale before changing anything. This allowed him to develop a decent baseline to measure against. 3. Change one thing about your sales page and book packaging. If you try to change more than one thing, you won’t understand which change you made affected your sales.
